Not at all.

Magicians come in all varieties, just like Baskin Robbins. Some perform for kids, some for teens, and adult magicians perform for company events or adult private parties.

A magic show for adults is different from family-friendly because of emotional complexity and the types of stories told, not because of R-rated content.
